PINTEREST GROWTH

When to expect results!

Let me cut things short – it takes time, effort, and, most of all – consistency.

In other words, Pinterest is an investment.  😁

In a nutshell:

πŸ‘‰ It takes 2 to 3 months for Pinterest to index your Pin

πŸ‘‰ After 6 months you can see if the strategy is going in the right direction

πŸ‘‰ There are multiple factors that ensure growth and this why after 6 months we can discuss to adjust the strategy if needed.

Pinterest is a Search Engine

In essence, Pinterest is a search engine, much like Google. Pinterest is an extension of your SEO.  It works as a blog; you write a blog, and it takes time for Google bots to process it, read the keywords, make a conclusion, etc., and then show it in the search results. The same goes for Pinterest. However, sometimes a pin may also get great attention in the beginning, but most of the time, it really takes time to see significant results.

The Pinterest bots will check out your Pin, read the image and additionally sources the words in the description to decide where to show it – to which users. And this can take up to 3 months. As the pin matures and grows, Pinterest will push it towards the top search results. Again, this largely depends on the content, the images, and what you have to present – will many people be interested in reading and clicking on it? Or just a small targeted group?

There are a lot of variables here: what is trending at the moment, seasonal, trending content that is here to stay the whole year, what users search, where they are from, etc.

This is why after 6 months you can get an idea of how the strategy is working for you.

Pinterest is an Investment

Pinterest is an INVESTMENT. Pins don’t have an end date, they can only grow. Like I said, it is similar to blogs, but with ONE major difference. Pinterest can also help you with your overall SEO. Google will show your pin in the search results, leading more users to your Pinterest profile and then leading them to your website.

EXAMPLE:
For example, if you are searching for modern interior ideas, you get both images and links to blogs. Naturally, many users click on images and can find your pin because a large amount of those are from Pinterest. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=modern+interior+ideas

EXAMPLE:
Another example is if a bride searches for inspo on Google, she will click on the images to see what appeals to her. There, she can find a ton of images from Pinterest! https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=modern+wedding+ideas

Success Variables

Once again, I really must put an emphasis on the content you are presenting. Part of it depends on Pinterest management, but a good part also depends on how much quality content (and images) you have on your Website or Shop. Who will want to read it and why? Who will find it useful? Is your content seasonal or on Trend at the moment? Is it a large audience or a small one? Are you focusing on quality or quantity regarding numbers? – some questions to help you tailor your next blogs and content to amp your growth.

If you have the Extra Growth package then you will receive an extra rapport with keywords trends that you can use to for your blogs and content creation.
